Why Alliance BAS
Core Values:
Customer Obsession, Highest Standards, and Deep-Dive Solutions
Or simply put: “The customer is always right”—and when guidance is needed, we help determine what’s best for the application.
With Alliance BAS, you now have direct access to that same expertise—without the middlemen.
While performing these tasks, I identified four critical issues in the industry:
- Teams frequently failed to deliver quality installations that follow industry standards and best practices.
- Program Managers often prioritized quick closeouts over customer-focused, quality-driven service.
- Technicians were not adequately trained in-house and were left to learn on active job sites—at the customer’s expense.
- I realized I could provide higher-quality service at one-third the cost of many competitors.
Our Commitment to You
Each project is assigned a dedicated Controls Engineer who serves as your single point of contact from start to finish. That engineer completes all project tasks, ensuring fast responses, clear communication, and consistent execution.
The Alliance BAS Installation Process
- All projects use top-tier components and materials
- Installations exceed HVAC industry standards, meeting the expectations of the most demanding developers and general contractors
- All terminations are performed in accordance with ISO standards
Every system is fully tested prior to Test and Balance
Technical Background
I bring over 30 years of experience working for major corporations in the United States and abroad as a Controls Engineer, with a primary focus on supply chain, food and beverage, and aerospace industries.
Prior to this, I gained hands-on HVAC Controls experience working for CSI and TAC Americas as a technician supporting MCI WorldCom facilities across the United States.
In 2024, I transitioned from an aerospace and robotics company and began working for a major HVAC Controls provider in the region. I was part of the
Small Projects Team, focusing on projects under
$100K. Our responsibilities included walking jobs with general contractors, editing BOMs, ordering parts, programming controllers, pulling and terminating cable, installing devices, and bringing systems fully online at the front end.
We were the team on site—working directly with GCs and mechanical contractors—to ensure projects were delivered on time.
